We got them for each of our 5 and 7 year old daughters. We even got one for a friend's daughter (age 7) as a birthday gift. These bracelets fit all three girls. Seven year olds are skinny, but I think these bracelets will last them at least a year or two as they grow. Kid loves it - we have fitness attachments so they are used to us checking our sleep, steps etc and know we are on the phone with our friends. They like to compare their steps and use time functions all the time. As parents, we like the coin reward system - we give and take coins regularly. I like that their factory goals focus on minutes of activity and not necessarily just steps. The best feature is no charging! I hope the batteries last! Be careful when going to the beach with them. The buttons on both girls' devices got stuck in the sand after a day. My husband flushed them vigorously with fresh water and was able to get them back to normal, but we were a bit scared! The straps also wear out after six months - the red Minnie my girls wear every day is quickly disappearing. I can definitely recommend these devices. They are amazing.
