I remember my mother sitting me down and showing me how to crochet with this Red Heat Mexicana yarn. It's so colorful and fun that I've pondered how to use it for years. By the way, very funny napkins and coasters, as well as great gifts for every occasion. I'm glad Red Heart had the sense not to abandon this color pattern, unfortunately they don't release that many beautiful color combinations anymore. With jobs free again I think they should bring back many colors including their motley star N Stripes - the new Americana - an ugly substitute - guess who might be in the marketing department? Definitely Mexican yarn is my lifelong favorite and I will always use this beautiful yarn.
