Not assembled as described in the product information. There are no instructions or birdproof glue included. You must remove any sticker on the material. However, this is a good size for a Prevue Hendrix cage with wider doors. That's good in terms of birds, which don't make as much mess as shells. Perches can be designed to leave more room for the cockatiel. I like the Eversua brand more which is similar and comes already assembled but is narrow (previously I bought it for another cage). I would recommend this unless you don't mind tinkering with the build.
