SUPER bright white light - wiring could be better

This light is very bright white. Much brighter than expected and very sharp. I took a risk turning on the lights for 5000,000 and learned my lesson! However, it certainly works well and puts out a lot of light. So if that's what you're looking for, go for it. If you want a softer, more yellow light, look elsewhere. What I like best are pluggable cable connectors. They really don't hold up very well and will pull out when you move the thing on the mount, a process that's pretty tight as it sits flush with the ceiling. Because you need to insert the wires into the connectors and then screw the "waterproof" cap onto the connectors. With this system you practically have to use cables with pigtails to connect the light and then use nuts to connect the pigtails to the power supply in the ceiling box. It's quite difficult to mount it to the bracket without applying enough pressure on the wires to slide them out of the less-than-tight connectors on the light body. Another problem is the bracket, which is screwed to the ceiling. The box is not designed for US ceiling boxes. The screw holes do not line up and you cannot center the light on the ceiling box. You can get around this, but how difficult would it be for a manufacturer to drill holes that match the market they are selling to? sit flush with the ceiling. It worked easier than I thought. Overall this is a good (albeit very bright) light with some quirky installation issues. I would recommend it if you are looking for a very white and very bright light, have average mechanical skill and can handle the quirks of the wiring and mount.
