I tried to clean grout with it but it didn't work at all. The pad kept trying to unscrew itself from the drill head attachment and when I tried to tilt the drill so that the edges penetrated the grout the pad spattered the grout all over and was only able to remove half of the grout line. When I held the bit straight, the pad didn't enter the grout line at all. Not sure if the grout brush head is better but I would give it a try before using these grout pads. FWIW, I asked a question. to the supplier about using these grout pads but after a week I still haven't received a response.
