They dry out. suitable for skin care
The packaging says they don't dry but every time I buy them they dry before they wear out (within 3 days). -4 months?). you have to get through them fast. However, they come in very handy in the car when you need to clear dirt and clutter while stuck in traffic or at traffic lights. They work fine.
