Bought because my Tahoe with hitch had tiny mirrors that couldn't see around my trailer. Much cheaper than a full mirror replacement so I decided to give it a try. When installing I followed the advice I saw here and added an extra layer of foam tape, clamped the hook and pushed the mirror in, then turned the screw all the way in. Really easy but the instructions seem a little wrong, the foam pieces that came with it were different shapes but the instructions don't seem to be what they were meant to be. This was another reason I was glad to have a supply of foam tape. They wobbled a bit during the ride, but they held incredibly tight and I wasn't afraid they would fly off like the rubber clips. My only complaint is that they don't fit the way I'd like; I had to bend down all the time to get a full view out of the passenger side mirror. The mirrors on my Tahoe still fold and function normally when attached. FYI my Tahoe is a 2014 but the item is only listed up to 2013, the mirror design hasn't changed up to 2015 so anyone with a 2014 can buy for sure.
