First, the screen is slightly larger than a smartphone, so viewing the settings on a table can be a little tricky. I had to go into a Linux terminal and run raspi-config (sudo raspi-config) and set audio to HDMI, although it appeared to be selected. After a reboot, the speakers worked. The option to choose the Raspberry desktop sound settings didn't seem to solve the no sound issue. The picture quality is good enough. There is no touchscreen interface with the included stylus. The pointer is not under the stylus (it seems to be lagging), and it is uncomfortable to use. The mouse works much better. I removed the top mounting tabs from the board as I didn't need them. I connected the monitor to the Pi with an HDMI cable and did not mount it directly to the monitor. The mounting hardware is designed specifically for the 3/3b model and will not work with the 4b (the model I use) without purchasing additional electronics.
