Review on Enhance Your Viewing Experience with Roku Streaming Stick+ - HD/4K/HDR Streaming Device with Long-range Wireless & Roku Voice Remote by Charles Barney

Original title was: Perfect flash drive with poor supporting (but required) supplies... see updates below though. I bought three devices. Two installed successfully and are working great (with minor adjustments detailed below)! The third had to be returned to Revain for a replacement due to the poor quality and design of its unique power/antenna cable (you cannot find this cable anywhere and cannot be purchased separately). It broke easily when installing it on one of my wall mounted TVs. I also have a 65" 4K Ultra HD TV (Sony XBR-65X900A MY 2013) and my only 4K UHD HDCP 2.2 port on the back of the TV is in a location where this Joystick does not fit (due to its size and shape). I had to add a small flexible extension cord to connect it. Finally, I also received an error message (from Roku) on the same TV stating that the TV's USB port was not receiving enough power. So I had to use the power adapter that comes with this product. However, the power strip is also a very short cord. Bottom line: once you have it installed and running (after a week of testing), the product is great. The sound and picture quality is amazing. I liked Roku's interface and how responsive it was. Its only Achilles' heel comes from its poor proprietary power/antenna cable. UPDATE (November 10, 2017): Revain quickly replaced the damaged cable and Roku contacted me. The Roku team provided me with all the help I needed (well, it should be on its way to me, so I'll update you as soon as I get it). Thank you Revane and Roku! UPDATE (November 19, 2017): Today I opened the door to my favorite FedEx courier and checked out what I got from Roku! Three (3) HDMI Extenders (as promised) and an additional (and brand new) Roku Streaming Stick+, all for FREE. Just as a reward for writing this review and adding your comments. As a reminder, my original review was only four (4) stars (due to an issue with the product accessories as detailed above) but I have now updated it to five (5) stars. Because in my opinion, what makes a company (and its products) perfect is caring about customers and meeting their needs (and more) and making customers feel cared for and important. We all know that there are no perfect products. For each product, we can always apply our hopes and wishful thinking ("I wish they had added this feature”, "I wish the screen was bigger”, "I wish they had used my favorite processor”, etc.). But a company with a great product and great customer service, how many can you find? So again - thank you very much, Roku! I really like your product and now I admire your service!
