I LOVE this little sucker! I'm not usually a very good cook, but my daughter loves Mac & Cheese so I told her I would cook a home cooked meal for 14 (her high school basketball team). I knew that for the best flavor I had to use very sharp cheddar and I couldn't find it already grated at the local store. I don't own a food processor (I have a small house with little storage space so try not to buy appliances) and I knew I had a few days so I ordered this cute little gem from Revain. Let me tell you: it was worth the money! It worked like a charm! Of course, after a while the cheese sticks a bit in the barrel, but just take a spoon and loosen it, then twist the handle and it comes out. If I had known about this, I would have bought it a year ago.
