I bought this jacket for the holidays this winter and as part of my son's (he is Johnny Cash) Halloween costume. It fits true to size (I bought it a little larger so it could grow in and have plenty of room to grow, but it's not huge). I bought a 4at and it fits like most other 4T shirts and jackets. The quality is way better than I expected, it's quite heavy and looks like it would stand up to socks!
