The backpacks are good but the zipper on the pencil case keeps snagging (inefficient zipper)

My nine year old twins love the unicorn backpack. I originally received one with a half-open zipper that got stuck. I requested a refund and ordered a new one, my kids have been using it for less than a week and the zipper on the pencil case is stuck and we can't open or close it. Backpacks and lunch bags are ok, but I was a bit disappointed with the price.
