It's easy for us non-tech people, who may not have ever built something from scratch before with Python or other languages that require coding knowledge etc.,to build our own chatbot platform without needing any programming experience! We're able to use all of their API calls as is so we don't need to code anything ourselves - it just works. I'd love if they provided more documentation about how some things work internally but this comes down to preference really. There are plenty of tutorials online showing you what everything does when using certain APIs (such as Facebook) however there isn’t much in terms of user guides which could be confusing at first glance especially for those new to building bot platforms. As previously mentioned, most tutorial videos show examples for specific services such as Twitter/Facebook but can get very complicated quickly once you start adding your own features into them. Building an automated customer service system was one of my responsibilities during university studies back then while working full time hours meant never being available 24hrs per day so having a tool like Bots.co enabled me to do exactly that whilst also keeping myself I like that we can make our own chatbots, without having to pay thousands of dollars for an expensive service. It is not very user friendly at this time. There are too many features you have to learn before you even get started creating your first bot. We were able to build out some basic functionality in about 5 hours. If you already know how to code it will take less than half as long. A great tool if you need something simple or don't want to spend a lot of money up front. Chatbot development.
