I like that they have a good understanding of our business needs, they are very thorough when it comes to their proposals, and they work with us to ensure we're happy with everything. They're also very flexible, which makes them easy to work with. It can be hard to get an appointment with them but once you do, they make sure that your needs are met. We've been using them for about two years now. The main thing we were looking for was a better way to track leads and potential customers. FVM has allowed us to do this much more efficiently than what we used to do on our own.
