Works well on slow speed grinders
Do not use this on a fast grinder - the heat will melt the diamond grit and render it useless. But for smaller (6 inch) discs on a variable speed (or just slow) grinder, getting the disc straight works great. I'm sure it can work on bigger wheels too, but I have my bigger dresser for that.
