It's great (so far). I installed it yesterday (I'm 55 with arthritis in my hands and knees) and it took about 30 minutes but for someone without my issues it would take 15. Also, it took me some time to clean the inside of the tank just because . I've looked everywhere because I have a one piece European toilet - every bidet said it wouldn't work on my toilet. So, tape measure in hand, I checked all the measurements and it looked like it would fit. IT FOUND IT! There was probably only 1/2 inch left (at the junction and the inward sloping toilet) but it slid in and there was room for the hose. Now for the features - it works fine. As previous reviews say, spin it slowly or you might get offended. The back jet is fine, but I have to lean back a bit for the front jet to reach its target (this isn't a problem as bodies are different - how they suit each person). Cold water is not a problem. I felt very fresh. My only issue is that there doesn't seem to be much water (I don't know why yet - I'm waiting for my brother to come in and check my work). After installation, I placed a paper towel on the floor under the connector. It was dry all day yesterday but this morning when I checked it was damp (not soaked - you can't squeeze the water out). I threw away the paper towel and put a new one in and again no water but will check again in the morning. The instructions said "possible sweating" - I don't know what that means, but it sounds "wet" (one more question for my brother). I hate waiting. I would do it again. UPDATE: Eight months later, the water regulator started leaking water. In fact, it all started dripping down the toilet even though it wasn't being used. I immediately contacted Brondell customer service and they were very polite and professional. They sent me a new device and a FedEx QR code to send the defective device back - easy. When I received the new unit I found that my original purchase was inferior - it NEVER "clicked" when I turned the water regulator on or off. turned off (it is important to know if the water is completely turned off). I'm starting to wonder why I was originally sold a faulty device. Since I got a new device, I'm happier than I was 8 months ago. This is one of my best purchases (new).
