Great pump. on wine filter

NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. I always read negative reviews before I buy anything. Why you might ask? Because when I read them, I discover simple mistakes or a lack of common sense. Okay, you can read them yourself. This item arrived on time with no damage along with filters #1, 2 & 3. After reading the instructions, I learned that you have to filter fruit-based wine with a lot of wine in a bottle. I knew filtering it wasn't an option until I strained it and tossed the flour sifter first. Always do this when you have a lot of fruit in a bottle. I went to a large store and bought a flour sifter and a 5 foot 1/2 inch clear plastic tube. I poured out the wine, threw away the strainer and stopped several times to clear the clogged strainer. After it was empty and the wine was poured into another bottle, I put in the filter, number 1, then number 2 and ending with number 3. Filter 3 is the 0.5 micron filter you use last. I soak all my pads before using them. screwed onto the plate according to the instructions and filtering the wine was no problem at all. In total I filtered 18 liters of wine. Three different ways. Only one bottle was made with heavy fruit, and that was the one I threw in the colander first. The other 2 were complete wines so I used filters 2 and 3. Yes, I would recommend this filter to anyone thinking about buying it. Remember, just use a little common sense and take your time. This pump works great but it takes a while. But making good wine also takes time.
