Hello, there seems to be a feedback issue with the Kandao microphone. When using Kandao with Zoom and Kandao's microphone and speaker, there is distorted audio when the person using Kandao speaks. This issue has been reported by other Revain users - see other reviews. I tried to contact service@kandaovr.com with questions about the microphone issue. I sent recordings of Zoom meetings which they admitted didn't match how the camera worked. I like how the camera and speakers work, but due to the microphone issue, this device is not an all-in-one as you have to use a different microphone to make it work without feedback. After several emails to service@kandao.com they replied that they would send a replacement if I returned the defective one to a US address. I sent it back and they received all the documents but after almost 2 weeks they didn't send a replacement. While updating this review I finally got a replacement that worked really well. Although it took some time to resolve the issue, the company honored its warranty and replaced the device with a working one. The microphone on the replacement works as expected, very sensitive and clear. The camera also offers a clear 360-degree view.
