Good skates for beginners. Runs small

Easy to balance and ready to use. They said 44 equals 11 but I have a 10.5 and it's a comfortable fit with little to no room to maneuver - if I had thick socks they wouldn't fit. The internet says the wheel should spin for 8 seconds and don't loosen them to the point of wobbling. By default, these wheels oscillate in 6 seconds and roll in 4 seconds. Don't forget your pads!
