I was a bit surprised by the "feel" of the insulating glass. Just feel "thin" or "light". One of the lids has a small flaw in the plastic that causes the rubber grommet to pop out when you press on the lid. So I was worried it would leak, but so far this hasn't happened. I've been using it for testing for several days. I don't believe the claim of how long it keeps warm. I poured hot water into a glass for a few minutes and then added my coffee. I usually drink it pretty quickly, but I left it in the cup for a little over an hour, it was barely warm. The main reason for her order was the wine. So I hope that it keeps cold better than it warms. Would I buy them again, probably not.
