Already half a year with sony wh-ch710n. I'll start with the cons. Big cons. When connected to a laptop (win10), when idle, almost every minute, they constantly reconnect with the sound "disconnected-connected". It also connects as 2 separate devices - a headset and the headphones themselves, because of this, different programs get confused and do not work correctly (either they do not see the microphone, then there is no sound). Telegram works, but viber does not (except that you need to set it up with your hands every time you connect). Also, when connected to the phone (android 10), the microphone does not work when making calls. At the same time, I have a СH510N - they don’t have such problems, everything connects perfectly there. And yet, in the cold, the plastic itself cracked. The noise reduction is very bad - it presses hard on the head with some kind of high-frequency sound, on the street it only amplifies the noise of the wind (although the sound of cars is muffled). You can’t set them up either, when you turn on the headphones, the noise reduction automatically turns on, which works unpleasantly.
