I do some sport but I'm not a runner. I actually hate running because I get big cleft shins in the 2nd minute of running. I read that wearing compression sleeves would help, so after reading the reviews I bought them just before 5k. For the week leading up to the competition, my legs hurt every day from trying to get them into running shape. I put them on right before the event (first time) and took them off after the event. I'm not exaggerating when I say that. My leg didn't hurt during the race or afterwards. NO shin and leg pain! Even pain the next day! I was skeptical that something so subtle and comfortable could make a difference. BUT I don't think and will never walk without it again. Where have you been all my life?! My calf size is about 14 inches and I'm a medium size. I thought it was supposed to be harder but it worked great! Quality material and definitely does the job. I will recommend this to everyone! Shortly thereafter I signed up for another 5,000 because it helped me a lot and made me love running. THANK YOU for creating quality compression stockings and changing lives 🥰
