The screw holes in the doors had to be enlarged to fit this handle.
The old broken outside handle has been successfully replaced, fulfilling the main purpose of the handle set. However, the handle is smaller than Original Equipment, allowing the outline of an old handle pressed into the vinyl door to be seen. Not particularly flashy, but far from perfect. The holes in the existing door had to be drilled to accommodate the slightly larger screws that the new handle offers. The new smaller, angular handle is awkward to pull when gripped from the inside.
