The design is perfect with holes on the top for pulling the yarn.

Actually a little more than I expected. The design is perfect thanks to the holes at the top through which you can thread the yarn without opening the bag. There's a pocket on the front to store your crochet hooks and other accessories, and since it's made of mesh, you can find what you're looking for without having to dig around. The bag itself (and the detachable strap) is made of durable material. Big enough for any of my projects, but small enough to take anywhere. The color of the periwinkle is very beautiful. I am very happy with this purchase.
