You should try this. Better non-stick coating than Teflon. I mean WAY BETTER than even high end Teflon like Calphalon, Cuisinart and Circulon. But as others say, not that durable. I bought it on eBay so it already had scratches. Now she looks pretty bad BUT COOKS PERFECTLY. My wife doesn't like the looks so she made me throw them out and bought me a MasterClass pan instead. I think these ceramic pans just won't last long so you have to get used to either using scratched pans or buying new ones every year or so.
