WOMAN MADE ME CHOOSE IT

You should try this. Better non-stick coating than Teflon. I mean WAY BETTER than even high end Teflon like Calphalon, Cuisinart and Circulon. But as others say, not that durable. I bought it on eBay so it already had scratches. Now she looks pretty bad BUT COOKS PERFECTLY. My wife doesn't like the looks so she made me throw them out and bought me a MasterClass pan instead. I think these ceramic pans just won't last long so you have to get used to either using scratched pans or buying new onesโ€ฆ

Excellent pans - this is the 3rd, I will be buying more.

A friend gave us 8" and 10" pans because "they don't stay clean". and she was disappointed that it wasn't magic. HA! My wife and I both cook - a lot - and these pans work great for us. A small amount of olives or butter each time, and any residue slides into hot, soapy water with a simple sponge. The two "freebies" still look new after 6 months of daily use, so we ordered this 12" pan to replace a more expensive 3 year old scrub teflon pan. I. Woman LOVES red and white.

Don't listen to anyone commenting right away.

It's simple. It works fantastic for 2 weeks. You're so great. Then people write reviews saying it's great. After about 1 month it was over. No matter how you care for it, just sponge it and only use it for low to medium cooking. The non-stick coating disappears, turning into a burnt, sticky mess every time. Another attempt to make something more useful than Teflon ended up in the trash. I'm still hoping to find an alternative to Teflon, but all these new ideas are utter nonsense. No work. Their

Really great quality.

That's it. Yesterday I forgot that water boiled in it until it completely evaporated. Although the pan was very hot, there was no smell, apparently no chemicals. So I looked at it and it had dark spots on the bottom so I figured it was junk. I let it cool down a bit before throwing it in the trash so I decided to scratch one of the dark spots and to my surprise it just popped up. I then went and washed it with soap and warm water and in 5 minutes it looked brand new with a 100% non-stickโ€ฆ

Good nonstick but disappointed with durability

Disappointed! Although these pots and pans have an excellent non-stick coating and are very easy to clean, they cannot withstand long-term use. The red stains my stove and sink and sometimes my sponge. I have never used metal utensils for these purposes and ALWAYS hand wash them. A piece of ceramic was missing from one pan after just a few months of use. I was willing to ignore it as it didn't seem to break the non-stick coating or ease of cleaning, which I like. But the last straw was that the

  • Hard to say

Ah, this is the best rice pan! Start with a small amount of grapeseed oil, add 1 part rice and 1 1/2 parts water, salt/spices/other, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until fabulous rice is ready . It won't let you down :) Also, it's good for veggies. Simply toss in the veggies, add a cup or two of water (depending on how much veggies you have), cover, over medium-high heat for a few minutes, done. I've been using Bialetti for many years now (5 or 6?) and just don't want/need anythingโ€ฆ
