Disappointed! Although these pots and pans have an excellent non-stick coating and are very easy to clean, they cannot withstand long-term use. The red stains my stove and sink and sometimes my sponge. I have never used metal utensils for these purposes and ALWAYS hand wash them. A piece of ceramic was missing from one pan after just a few months of use. I was willing to ignore it as it didn't seem to break the non-stick coating or ease of cleaning, which I like. But the last straw was that the handle melted with it after cooking! It's also the largest pan and I only cooked veggies in it so I didn't overheat it or anything. Still, I'm disappointed with the materials that make up the handle, which melts at medium stovetop temperatures. I have attached photos.
