I am a keen baker. When I'm not using a stand mixer, I usually whip up my mixtures with an electric hand mixer in a plastic bowl. When I started noticing all the scratches on my plastic bowls, I got a little worried - what if little bits of plastic scratched my baking mix?! These glass bowls save lives! They are the right size for almost everything. I use the largest bowl for mixing large batches of mixtures and a small one for mixing sauces.
