Review on Hartford Healthcare Lab Services by Bradley Wacks

The Hartford Healthcare Laboratory is very organized, clean and well-maintained. I have not found anything negative about this department so far! They are extremely professional and responsive as lab administrators with questions or concerns. This seems to be one of those departments where everyone pulls together in difficult situations for our benefit! Not much to say other than great experience! Nothing at all really! We were searching for greater peace of mind when it comes to safety around food/drugs and hygiene products used by our staff members while working from home during COVID 19 conditions. The ease in which you can view or print your lab results, it is easy for my staff members as well when they are looking up test orders/results from previous visits with me! I have not found anything yet but if there was something i could improve upon then we would take note!! It's great how quick everything goes through once submitted online vs going into an actual office location where sometimes things get lost along the way (or maybe its just because im old?).
