It was easy to navigate through all aspects of our practice. The staff were always available if needed, prompt in their responses and very knowledgeable about what we should have for our patients' needs. I can honestly say that there wasn't anything that would cause me to not recommend this program! There are plenty of features within the system. At first you may think it's overwhelming but once you become familiar with how the various options work, they make sense. This has made keeping up-to-date files easier than using paper records.
