I'm a ballerina and I go to the top regularly. I wasn't expecting much from these shoes and bought them mainly out of curiosity. They weren't good pointe shoes and all together were very disappointing. I will say the quality was good and the satin was soft. The price was nice too, if you want to wear them as a costume just don't expect dancing shoes. The fit was bad. The real shoes were lost and big, but the box was small and uncomfortable. It was impossible to dance on them. I appreciated that the straps were pre-sewn, but they should have included elastics. I would not recommend buying these if you really want to buy dance pointe shoes and would be asked to pay more money and try it on at a lace shop to get much better shoes. If you buy them for a costume and only wear them once I see no harm, just don't wear them en pointe.
