Review on BetterUnite by William Dean

I like how easy it is to use this system - even if you are not tech savvy! It has all kinds or helpful features from creating events with multiple options/dates etc., through registration tracking (which we love), up until collecting donations online as well!! The customer service team at BUI was awesome. We have been using them since they started out about 5 years ago now but when their new CEO came onboard he really made some changes in direction which were very much needed- so many things had gotten stale over time & didn't feel updated anymore! But his staff kept saying "we're working hard towards getting back into our roots" which gave me hope because sometimes companies do change directions without considering what customers want first before making those decisions!! So glad there's someone who cares enough still around here. !
