Fantastic little kit. In terms of complexity, if you know how to use the mounting kit, you can handle it, even if you only look at the pictures in the instructions and don't read the text. I even made a few mistakes along the way and it only cost me a few minutes back. It's a bit big for a Micro-ATX build, but overall it gets the job done. EDIT: Just realized I was sent the wrong size, full ATX instead of mini. Regardless, I'm happy with what I got.
