. After 3 weeks of use it is generally a good helmet. Its functionality is excellent. I have a few complaints about the hat, one being that the baseball cap-like top strap doesn't snap into place. I had to wrap it in tape to keep it on day one. There is some clippings left on the molded plastic of the straps which, in addition to the exposed pivot point, tends to pull hair out of your head. The ratchet adjustment on the back is very nice. I really wish there was more overhead protection as the spatter is what happens when the MIG weld falls right on your head. I love that the lens is recessed enough in the face that it largely prevents scratches on the lens/screen.
