1 star shampoo and conditioner

I tried the jasmine shampoo sample and it was fantastic. But I bought these full size bottles and the formula seemed different to me, they parted my hair and made it very brittle and dry. The conditioner isn't conditioning either, it has the consistency of a gritty thick fluffy lotion and needs heavy use to offset the degreasing of the hair from the shampoo.
