Although the set arrived intact and looked beautiful, each jar had a slightly different look and sound (combined with any other jar). I thought it was just an interesting aspect. This is a defect. They should look and sound the same. A glass broke DURING HAND WASH and I thought it was my fault (it's a wine glass right? It's meant to be hand washed?). Then I decided to wash them in the dishwasher and there was one that broke in three pieces (?) - so it's not just me - these glasses aren't made right. I've already had a few wine glasses and never had a situation (hand washing break or dishwasher break) - now what? The supplier does not have a number; Revain said the only way to contact the seller is to leave a review. We will see. I'm seriously not impressed!
