The best part of this software its that it has many features like collaboration, security etc which are very helpful in our business environment as well when we use to manage all documents related with project or work done by us so far. Also It can be used easily even without technical knowledge because it comes along GUI interface only so anyone who have basic computer skills also they will be able to take benefit from this application quite easyly and get some advantages out of eCM. There isn't anything much I disliked about these things but there might not something new if you know what i mean. You must definitely give eCM try at least once! This program definitely helps me solve my problem regarding managing files or projects. Its really beneficial tool especially while working within team environments where everyone needs access to different types of information such as emails, attachments/files, tasks or other important data.
