Review on Nikon AF-S Nikkor 24-85mm F/3.5-4.5G ED VR Lens - White Box by Swami Swami ᠌
I didn³'t expect the quality to be this good.
After getting acquainted with the subject, Tamron 28-75 / 2.8 and Sigma 24-70 / 2.8 went under the hammer. Nikon makes almost 100% of successful shots, and Tamron, and especially Sigma, nervously smoke on the sidelines, the number of misses in their autofocus can reach up to half. And in low light conditions, Nikon focuses much better than the above glasses with a larger hole.
Pros
- Excellent reporter. Very fast autofocus. Detailing is top notch. Good color reproduction. Reliable. The stub is very good. Price! I used it for shooting at the registry office and at the ransom, for other cases I use fixes.

For a long time I wanted to buy a standard zoom in addition to a huge set of fixes, but I could not decide on a choice. As a result, I bought a used 24-85 and am very pleased with the result obtained at aperture from 5.6. Travel photography is a great solution!
