Review on UPGRADE Gooseneck Thermometer Anti Rust Fire 40Oz by Herthoel Yanda

Well it looks classy/cool and is well made. It seems that the grip can become a weak point at some point. But then I poured some water in it and it started smoking like crazy and giving off a disgusting smell! It smells like burnt plastic or chemicals. I only filled it 3/4 full and as the water boiled it overflowed from the lid. As I was cleaning up the mess on my induction hob, the black trim along the bottom ring immediately came off. I'll let it cool and try another one or two to see if it gets better. The instructions specifically state to do this multiple times and pour out the first few shots of water before using it. I wonder if they know about this mess and just don't want to come out and say it.
