Very satisfied! They look great - very realistic for the price. They definitely don't feel real - very rubbery - but they look fantastic and are very easy to clean with a damp sponge. The installation required some focus and concentration which was frustrating at times but well worth the effort. It is very important to align the tiles in the same direction (e.g. with the joint always down as they are designed to fit together like puzzle pieces). For cutting tiles, good sharp scissors or paper cutters work better than an Xacto or utility knife - the knives will pull on the gel and create a rougher edge. It was perfect for a quick, inexpensive "renovation" of our rental kitchen.
