Great resource to keep track and communicate
The ability for patients in my office (and out of state)to see their records online as well have easy communication with me via text messaging or phone call was great! I did not like how sometimes it would take several days before they updated some things which could be useful at times when we were trying something new but maybe just took longer than expected since everything has been so quick lately!! We are able solve almost all issues through this software insteadof calling back each time because there's already documentation available from previous visits etc...
Pros
- Easy access to patient information both within our practice AND remotely even outside hours; ease getting answers/questions answered quickly, very friendly staff especially during busy seasons who always seem excited about helping us keep up to date
