Started Ropes at 56 and it's a fun and challenging workout.
Bought wife to practice at home during quarantine. Bought a 30ft length to use in our garage. She got this 56 year old guy to try battle ropes and I have a day. I like it. The skipping rope is well made and the weight is what you would use in the gym. We concreted them in and they don't wear out. Molded handles are comfortable and durable. Buy buy buy.
