The ease to use, it's very configurable for customer specific needs. I like that we are able customize each video by location with our branding elements in place (iPod Touch or iPad). We can also add any widget from within apps which allows us more control over what customers experience while engaging with their food service business! Not much dislike at this point just be aware you will need some technical skills but once your set up everything works well without issue. If interested give them an opportunity try out kit cast they know all there stuff about webcasting/ipad broadcasting services. Easy integration process allowing multiple users access using iPads & iPod touch devices as interface. Great communication between client support team when setting upsolutions issues were came across during implementation phase along witheasely training provided throughout setup period It's very versatile, easy to use and can be customized in any way you want. It has a lot of features that make it easy for me to manage my business. I haven't found any cons yet because I am just using it as it was intended. The support team really helped me with any issue I had. My clients love it! They have made it easier for us to promote our products, services and events. It allows us to communicate with our customers at any time, anywhere.
