More than expected!
My first round in five weeks wasn't very good so I thought I needed help. I came across the GravityFit TPro (yellow stripes) to help with inconsistent posture. The exercises have definitely helped me become more aware of my posture, which has not only helped me when I play golf, but has also improved my posture when working at a desk. Using TPro before each round really keeps me in a good position and my ball shot has improved a lot.
