The microphone was purchased for use with Win Computer Zoom Meetings hoping to be better than a mobile phone. Manual instructions followed. Not a computer illiterate like a software engineer. Communication with the seller via zoom went well. The zoom settings are set to use a USB microphone. The microphone looks good made of metal, not plastic. After many changes and testing of the settings on the computer, the microphone finally worked and was used for meetings in Zoom. Others at Zoom say the sound is good.
