At the time of writing this (December 15, 2019) the QL-800 works great for other types of labels but does NOT work with Etsy shipping labels. (Brother's official help videos state that labels are printed from Ebay). Once you create an Etsy shipping label, Etsy automatically formats it into a PDF file that you can download and print. Even if you're familiar with imaging software, if you print it on the QL-800 continuous label paper (like I did), the label will be too small to read, especially the US Postal Service barcode in the top right corner. - manual corner Unfortunately I have to send this back and buy a bigger label printer. As a label printer, the quality is clear and the printing is fast. Installing drivers and software was easy. I have no complaints about the device itself. Additional Notes: There are TWO different areas in Windows 10 where you need to change settings to print different sized labels. Be sure to change "Default Printer" to the correct paper size as well in "Printer Settings". It took me an hour to wonder why it would still say "offline" after changing the default settings. until I finally clicked on "Settings" and noticed that they didn't change automatically when I changed the "Default" settings. anything. ALSO: A solid black label (DK-2205) that you need to print shipping labels is NOT included with the purchase of this QL-800. You must purchase this separately. It comes with standard sample length labels (DK-1201) and a custom length black/red wide ribbon (DK-2251).
