I usually weigh about 134 pounds and minus a few inches) and it was tight but ok. I was thinking medium but was afraid the top would be too loose. I bought this for a vacation and I loved it because I could wear it through my shorts without feeling too vulnerable. If you have a lot of "butts", you may need to increase the size. I hope it helps.
