worked for a few months only ugh!

all good then the buttons started hissing. Either they work or they don't work. it's a disappointing hit and miss. I've tried programming it several times following the instructions on the back of the remote control. The return window was April 5th. I noticed it, but at the time I figured I'd just have to reprogram it. I hope the seller will contact you to help you. The seller honestly got back to me, but it was not clear to me how to proceed, whether to return it or simply wait for a replacement, several months have passed.
