Brand CHUNGHOP? Never heard of it. The photo does not show the brand name on the remote control. Several people have programmed the remote control and the volume is not working. Also, there are no instructions.

I purchased this remote to replace my original Verizon Fios remote which was starting to fail. Some buttons worked, some didn't. This replacement remote works great.

Youngetn is the right one. Works fine but you have to double click the play button every time you fast forward or turn off. I have to stop and consider where the knobs are because I have an old style in my bedroom. Functional but not an exact replacement.

My OEM Fios remotes stopped working fully. enough to be annoying. Volume stops working or channels or pause stops working. this performs all basic functions and works! one problem - a different location of the buttons. Smaller buttons also sometimes get stuck if you press too hard and have to be pulled out with your fingernail.

Like new condition means the remote is fairly clean. The back half is dirty and scratched. The front panel is relatively clean, but "carbon deposits" are visible in the spaces between the buttons and the case. It looks like the seller took the front panel off, washed it in the dishwasher and reassembled it. This works, but some of the buttons have to be pressed unnecessarily hard to activate their function. I suspect that due to usage some of the switch contacts are worn out.

I've tried programming it several times following the instructions on the back of the remote control. The return window was April 5th.
