They work great! They are easy to connect. Installing SmartThings is easy. No special firmware is required, they work right out of the box. They are small and fit right into the light switches or the electrical box that the lights are attached to. Since my house is wired, most lights have a neutral wire in the switch box above the light so they work great without the need for rewiring, as if I were trying to replace the wall switch myself with a smart switch. My only complaint is that the light can't be set to use a momentary button. If you turn off the light remotely and then press the switch to turn on the light, the switch may be in the down position when the light is on. Not a big problem, but a small complaint that will hopefully be fixed in the next version. I have been using SONOFF WiFi devices for some time. My router was struggling in addition to everything else with 40 connected smart devices. Switching to Zigbee solves this problem, makes setup easier, and (ideally, I haven't tested this) with less standby power consumption. The devices also say they work as Zigbee relays, so you can just install some of these if you're having trouble with Zigbee devices going offline. If they are far from your center, this can help. I can highly recommend them so far. I will update if they run into problems. So far they have worked non-stop for a week.
